1. Website Use and Access

CyberShield Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website and its content for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms.

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified on our website at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

Course fees are non-refundable except as follows:

• Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 30 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancellation is requested between 15-29 days before course start date
• No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before course start date

Course dates, content, and instructors are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of any significant changes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, software, code, and design elements, is the property of CyberShield Academy or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent
• Use our trademarks, logos, or service marks without our prior written permission
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content
• Share, sell, or distribute course materials to any third party
• Record, reproduce, or share video, audio, or screenshots from course sessions without permission

Course materials provided to enrolled students are licensed, not sold, for personal educational use only during the course period and for reference thereafter.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights or violate the privacy of others
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any systems or networks connected to the website

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberShield Academy and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website
• Any content obtained from the website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the website and services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CyberShield Academy during the six (6) months prior to such claim.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

Completion of our courses does not guarantee employment or specific certification results, which depend on individual performance and external factors beyond our control.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CyberShield Academy and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the website or services, including, but not limited to, any use of the website's content other than as expressly authorized.
